Release Day and Giveaway!


My new novella, The Cargo, is out today! This one is a paranormal fantasy/sci-fi crossover that occurs in the Red Wolf universe, centuries into the future, with a fresh twist on the theme of what might happen when a guy gets a second chance with an old love. I’ll be sending out fifty books to anyone who wants one, first come, first served, until I run out or the giveaway ends on July 15th. Here’s how it works:

Twenty paperback copies to be shipped as soon as released. You can request an autographed copy, but that will take a little longer to deliver.

Thirty ebooks in Kindle format, available immediately.

Just contact me by leaving a comment or email me directly at jhundley50@gmail.com, specifying the format in which you wish to read, along with your email address for confirmation purposes and a shipping address if you want a paperback copy. Release Day!

        Just for grins, I looked through the C:\Writings directory on my laptop and checked the creation dates for some of my project folders. On September 20, 2012, at 10:16 pm, I moved some notes, a brief outline, and a copy of the last scene in Dragon of Doughton Park (it became the Prologue for the sequel) into a folder called, “Red Wolf Rising.” At the time, I remember thinking I’d knock out the final book of the Red Wolf Trilogy in about nine months, getting it into catalogs and on shelves well before Christmas, 2013.         Did I underestimate that task, or what?         For those of you who read the first two books and waited all this time the see WTF was going to happen ( Dragon ended with a bit of a cliffhanger), book three is finally here!      This past Friday, March 6, 2015, Red Wolf Rising became available in print and Kindle format on Amazon.        Hi, folks. My favorite thing about having this blog is talking about books and authors that I like, and I’ve been looking forward to featuring this particular author for a while now. During the next two weeks I’ll focus on Kristy Berridge, the Wonder from Down Under. This week we’ll look at her books.
